CIP-Systems:

CIP-Systems: Our CIP-Systems realize the customer's own requirements in the food, beverage and cosmetics industries. The cleaning systems are as specific as your requirements and tasks. A significant advantage for our customers is the constant assurance of a sustainable, environmentally friendly and resource-saving solution.

KZE:

KZE: Flash pasteurisers are used for beverage pasteurisation. Using temperatures and holding times custom-matched to the requirements of the prdouct, microorganisms are reliably reduced and conveyed to the filler in a microbiologically flawless manner. The heating process is conducted by circulating hot water in a highly eficient power-controlled, energy-efficient manner, in counterflow to the product path. A precisely coordinated control system ensures constant and gentle pasteurisation of the product. All process-relevant parameters are electronically redorded and archived.

Process cooling systems: Our cooling systems, in conjunction with plant-specific hydraulic modules and pump stations, ensure precise process cooling. The customer-specific tuning of the system and its functions ensures an economical cooling process.

Product tempering:

Product tempering: We manufacture modern tempering stations for controlled and gentle product heating / cooling in the food and beverage sector as well as for hot water generation.

Dosing and mixing of various media:

Dosing and mixing of various media: The use of proven equipment and materials ensures safe and efficient operation of our dosing systems. Individual dosing and control processes require custom made solutions for the control & dosing of diverse media, liquids and aerosols. Batchwise or in inline operation, our systems control and dose your desired additions visualized and automatically.
