Our projects
Beverage industry:
Project 1
The task was the realization of a fully automatic static final filtration incl. KZE Cip system and carbonizer – integrated into the new filling line in a very confined space. A particular challenge was the media connection during ongoing production.
Beverage industry:
PROJECT 2
Concept development and realization of a cellar piping system for the products, CO2 and auxiliary media as well as the product cooling of the storage volume.

cosmetics industry:
PROJECT 4
Planning and construction of a tank system for various raw materials incl. Mixing and dosing units and piping on several production lines. CIP system incl. of all required transfer panels. A particular challenge here was the different chemical composition of the raw materials and the associated degree of purity during the CIP process.
asphalt industry:
PROJECT 5
The task was the planning and realization of a polymer plant in batch operation incl. Heated agitator tank for storing and keeping the finished product homogeneous. Additional additives can be dosed here as bagged goods and added to the ongoing mixing process.
Chemical industry:
PROJECT 6
The task was to develop and implement a mobile container for the automated dosing of additives in bitumen. The container is to be used temporarily at various asphalt mixing plants. The focus here was on a simple manual connection option for all necessary connections. Simple and safe for the operator.
Automation:
